Hold ZBT:
Can get events with whoever they want, good house parties, good IM's, highly respected on the row- Zbt can't really do much to improve. Could get closer to Kappa, and the latest PC's are more social and genuine towards girls than the classic standoff Zeeb so it's possible.
But other than that this stock isn't really gonna rise too much.
For PNM's: Can't go wrong here. Also ZBT has been known to give bids to all types of goobers so everyone should give it a shot.

Hold/Buy SigEp:
Not really gonna grow substantially anymore cause they're more or less already established as a top house alongside Zbt. Can get events with whoever they want but their location and small house puts an unfortunate ceiling on their parties. With that said, very respected on the row and have been in a good place for awhile now.
For PNM's: Can't go wrong here. Also, you'll know if it's a lost cause before long. If you're deemed unfit, they'll succumb their high and will hardly get off the couch to shake your hand. Either way, you won't waste much time here and it's a good house, so stop by.

Hold SigChi:
Pretty much hit the ceiling under Zbt and SigEp, not really going up or down. Can get events with pretty much whoever, and have fun parties, but the location makes them the house to stop buy but not stay. Also, this is the frat that wears "America chubbies and sperrys at all the wrong times." Blonde, white, privileged, sorta basic. Friendly guys and still well respected, but not as much as ^^

SigChi also seems to be getting a special relationship with Kappa, which is big time.
For PNM's: Not far out of your way,
stop by and check the scene. If the lack of diversity alienates you, then go, but otherwise, won't go wrong.

Sell SAE:
Well, this is pretty much SAE's last year with anybody from their pinnacle, so they're still hanging on, but it could be a steep fall from here. Kappa lackies will still be there in some force for the year though.
For PNM's: You should know the image of SAE, if you think you'd fit that brotherhood (which a lot of people do)
then go forsure. But if you don't, don't feel bad about conserving your time

Buy Lambda:
Still competing with Beta but will
most likely pass them decisively. I imagine they will have a better social calendar this year, but still unable to get events with whoever unlike the previous 4. But that could change with SAE going down. Only time will tell how far the sweet, dorky persona can get you.
For PNM's: No reason not to stop by. You'll be treated nicely and well respected. And who knows, you might really like it

Drop Beta:
Beta failed to capitalize on good feelings towards them and rising power. They immediately alienated everyone by trying way to hard and just being lame.
For PNM's: just don't. The warning that Beta lures in rushees to accept bids that they immediately regret the first day after rush is widely broadcasted. However, you could still get sucked in

Buy SigNu:
Cool guys, used to be top.
