what houses have the best sisterhood?
by: bruinLooking for a house with a good sisterhood. From what I've gathered on this site people seem to think ChiO, Theta, DG, KD, GammaPhi have the best sisterhood but I'd like more perspectives. If you dislike the word sisterhood then just the house(s) where the girls get along best.

Dont try to rank your favorite houses before recruitment! I had a few houses in mind before recruitment and it totally changed when i met all the houses. Plus your opinion will be different from everyone on here's. For example i also ADPi had a good sisterhood which i liked, and they ended up wanting me but personally i got a sense that the girls weren't super close, so I didn't join, but a lot of people i know think they have a great sisterhood, so it really just depends how you interpret everything! Also, not dissing ADPi, they have some sweet girls, it just wasnt the house for me!

I totally agree! I plan on keeping an open mind but I also like to do my research an get a feel for how the sororities present themselves and crowdsource for information. Thanks for the advice!

From what I have seen and experienced, I would say that ADPiand KD have the best sisterhood. Chi O, DG, and G Phi also have great sisterhood. However, that's not to say that you can't find a great group of girls who support each other and are close in all the other houses on the row, but they just aren't necessarily overwhelmingly known as having a strong sisterhood.

not trying to jump on the kappa hate train but my friend joined kkg and she had a rough go. She really really didn't like most of the girls in her house until the end of the year. In "top houses" where they pick girls primarily based on looks often you get girls who were considered the "hottest" girl in highschool and are used to the attention that comes with that. When you through all of those girls together it can be difficult because suddenly girls who are all used to being the prettiest/most popular are not within the context of their house. Some houses are very internally competitive with looks and I would say that sisterhood may not be as strong or take longer to develop for some.

2. GammaPhi/ADPi
3. Theta/AChiO/AGD
4. APhi/Kappa/DDD
