why does alpha phi photoshop so many pics?

Researching (stalking) some of the sorority houses on campus and struck by how many aphi pics are heavily shopped.. to be fair its mostly one girls pics but it look horrible. Shes an attractive girl so it makes me think aphi puts alot of pressure on their girls to be slim. Is this true?
