Top:
1. Sig Ep: this year they bacame top house, mostly because they dodged social prob
2. Sig Chi: getting taller
3. ZBT: lot of random weird guys, but really good overall
4. SAE: falling a bit, but still that douchey house
Top Mid:
1./2.: lambda slightly over beta, but really soft. Beta is kinda just on the same spot as last year
3. Sig nu: everyone says how much better they got, but honestly they have a lot of weird guys. Didn't see much of a difference at their parties aside from a big pledge class
Mid:
Pikapp: got better, but no where near the top mid.
I don't really know much about the rest because I haven't partied anywhere else

Both sig chi and sig ep have more hot guys than ZBT. Which puts both of them as number 1 and 2 spot.

You guys both had better years than zbt yeah. But what held them back is an exec board that was extremely cautious of IFC and social prob. I mean, there was like two house parties all spring, kinda pathetic honestly.
But, that's gonna change soon, especially cause their new classes are very top and very down. Also, there is no denying that ZBT has always had the funnest house parties.
So I expect an unreal fall performance from them.
But if this continues through fall, then ya you will have passed them, but we'll see.
