Sig Ep will never be able to claim top spot, their house isn't great for partying and all of their coolest guys are rugby dudes who are never around

So did you base this off of any actual reasoning or is it just based off some things your little buddies said? 4 points:

1) So ZBT was on strict (as in literally no girls allowed) social probation for pretty much the entire 2012-2013 school year, as well as many times before that. In other words, they were completely irrelevant. Their top house status just about a year later strongly suggests that "current trends" have ZBT getting stronger, not the other way around.

2) SigChi and SigEp both occupy the same niche (the "chill" pretty boys), not to mention everybody in SigChi is exactly the same person. Therefore, even if a strong majority of girls decide they prefer that type to the ZBT niche (the "real" athletic boys), that fanbase will be split between them and at no time can both of them have a larger fanbase than ZBT.

3) SigEp's house cannot physically fit enough people to be the top house.

4) Now that I think about it, this is a reason in and of itself- everybody in SigChi is the exact same person. Far too boring to maintain a very high status over time.

So, as you can see, ZBT is trending upwards, SigEp and SigChi are competing against each other, and individually don't have the requirements for top-houseness to begin with.
