phi kappa sigma house

Hey guys, kind of a random question. I was wondering what the Phi Kappa Sigma house was like? Do they throw parties there?

I've met one guy from there who was really annoying, and one who seemed pretty chill. They are new, but don't have the "new house" hype as Phi Psi does, and from what I know they don't throw parties there.

The house itself is decent. Clean, but nothing special about it. The guys are alright. Some are kind of weird and I don't really get much of a "frat" vibe from any of them, but some definitely try to make that impression.
They have a dry house policy so they don't throw Thursday night parties, but they'll go to off-campus sites and drink there I've heard.
