I personally feel like the only lower houses on the rise for frats/sororities are pikapp and kappa delta. It really just depends how they do next fall though

Pikapp is definitely on the rise but they have a ways to go. depends on how rush goes. kd is going to absolutely kill it next rush and likely pass adpi
