Honestly Spring rush isn't really a thing, so its kinda hard to judge. Most houses that usually have good pledge classes don't do spring rush.

The biggest problem is most good houses have now two looks at all the kids interesting in rushing because of fall and winter rush. So usually the kids left in the spring have been of lower quality in years past.
