Phi Delt and Phi Kappa Sigma both have dry house policies so I can't see either being very good. Phi Delt definitely has some funny guys though.

Phi Psi has the resources to be a great place but they won't be really relevant until long after we're gone

phi psi seems to have the best physical house on the row, so I would expect them to move forward from where they are now.
