So the thing with this website is a lot of people just continue to post the same thing over and over again. Here's a more update version. Also, this will not rank houses in order, but by tiers because it always depends on who you ask to see which house is best in that tier, but there is pretty obvious tiers.

Upper: ZBT, Sig Ep, Sigma Chi
Upper Middle: SAE, Lambda, Sigma Nu
Middle: Beta, Pi Kap, Sigma Pi
Lower Middle: Theta Chi, Theta Xi, DTD, AEPi
Lower/New: Phi Psi, Phi Kappa Sigma, Phi Delt, Triangle

But I'd say dtd and aepi are above theta chi and theta xi especially since both dtd and aepi are known for having the nerdier but rich guys
