Honestly think Beta is below Lambda and even SigNu at this point, they are trying so hard but they are so average its sad to watch them. EX: Boat party where they invited other dudes in "top" house just to get girls in top houses to come.

Other houses might hate on them but it's hard to deny Sigpi definitely rising after throwing last nights massive quarterly with Far East Movement.

Only upper mid houses are lambda and beta right now. Seems to me that sig nu is aggresively self ranking to try and be relevant again.. i.e. Go to a sig nu party
