It depends on what you're looking for. They're very new and it will take awhile for them to be a powerful fraternity at UCLA but they already have the best looking house on campus which is a huge plus. I would suggest rushing them to talk to some guys and see if you like them. Don't spend more than 45 mins to an hour though because it is always smart to try and rush as many houses as possible at first then narrow your search down from there.

Other people's opinions shouldn't affect your decision to rush a house. That is a very shallow and superficial reason to join Greek Life, and you will get way more out of the experience with a more open mind. If you are planning on rushing, go to as many houses as you can and talk to as many people as you can. You will be partying with these guys 1 night a week, and spending the other 6 days a week hanging out. You want to join a house you feel comfortable in and filled with people you see yourself connecting with and enjoying spending your time with.

My sorority actually did an event with and we we didn't have high expectations for them, but they turned out to be one of the coolest and funniest group of guys. All my sisters only had good things to say about them. With that said, it may take them a while before they are top house, but they will definitely put up a good fight next year.

Yes, do it. Dont listen to the idiots above. Check out every house and see which you like. Phi Psi is nationally one of the strongest houses and is top house at almost every campus it is at, so theres no question it will be top house here either, but it may take longer or it may happen soon.

from the guys ive seen, they seem to be a mixed bag. got some weird lookin dudes as well as cool lookin ones. u gotta go look for yourself though, only thing that matters is if YOU like em, not if other people do

So I'm actually a brother in Phi Psi right now at UCLA and I higly encourage anyone interested in rush to contact us as we have rolling recruitment! The house has grown dramatically over the course of this year and we've already begun having social events. For spring quarter we have two date parties planned, several sober events with sororities, dinners, brotherhood events and there's even a raid with AXO in the works. We're coming back strong and we mean business.
