phi psi reputation

So I checked out Phi Psi and loved both the guys and the house and learned about their strong alumni connections, scholarship fund, and other campus connections. I really want to join, but I don't know what their reputation is and I don't wanted be branded something negative if I join. So what is their general Rep and what advice can you give?

No they're gonna be a bottom house, like DTD. Nice ass house and location, but the kids they've been recruiting have been scrubby to say the least. Prediction in the next few years ---> Lower mid to bottom tier house.

Trust me when they throw parties at their house next year it will be crazy. And they are nationally one of the best fraternities with most money and connections.

They are too new to tell. They have one giant asset going for them and that is their gorgeous house. Like its amazing inside.. But you need to give them at least a year or 2 before you can assess them or place them into any tier. It can take years to build a fraternity.
