Depends on the guy you ask, some prefer chi o over theta, others prefer theta. But it seems to me like chi o's PC 14 at least is pretty tight. They're on the rise

how is pi phi not higher? aren't they known for partying? and isn't gphi known as gramma phi?

Just because pi phis have a party persona and gphis are known to not go out as much does not mean that gphis don't party or pi phis are chill.. doesn't make them any better house based on party reps. Have the same amount of pretty girls
