The houses have different personalities, so your favorites (whether you're a guy or girl) will depend on lots of factors.

However, in general:
Upper Tier (in no order):
A Phi, DG, Kappa, Theta
-They each have their own thing going for them, and varying strengths. DG has been consistent in the 3/4 spot. Someone else on here said (and I agree) that Theta has the hottest seniors and mediocre freshman. Alpha Phi has the hottest sophomores/juniors. Kappa has the hottest freshmen but mediocre seniors/juniors. Hotness is not an indication of the quality of the woman, but generally indicates the strength of recruitment, and when a house recruits well, they generally get the cute and socially competent girls (hopefully women who are both - but again, some houses will prioritize one over the other).

Middle Tier (still quality chapters):
Chi O, Gamma Phi, Pi Phi
Again, different things going on here. Chi O has been consistent over the years and generally pulls naturally pretty and nice girls. They seem to prioritize personality more than looks. Gamma Phi gets a rep of "trying too hard", but they've put work into improving their chapter, and it's worked. They're certainly competitive, and the girls seems to be happy there.
Pi Phi always has a handful of smoking hot girls, and kind of a hodge-podge for the rest. They know how to have fun, and I think they have the most definitive personality type of all the houses, which both works in their favor and against them. I think this is the root of some of their retention issues - pledges who just don't fit in don't bother to stay in.
