It's pretty universally known that Theta took a big dive in their fall pledge class compared to traditional Theta standards, but I find it hard to say that one year really moves their standing that much. (Same for Kappa's meteoric rise this year). One year can be a fluke, and plenty of chapters have rebounded from one or two off years.

And while spring rush is not generally a great sign - you'll notice that every spring there are one or two top houses that do it for a handful of spots. Alpha Phi and Chi O did spring recruitment last year.

Aphi Kappa Theta DG (order depends on preference, theta dropped a little and kappa and DG moved up a little)

MiD TIER:
Chi O G phi
Pi Phi KD
(gphi did significantly better than pi phi this year, and didnt have to do spring)

BOTTOM:
AXO AD pi

was looking for 2 spots in spring. I feel like that's not really a setback

All of the tiers are basically same popularity, it just depends on what frats you ask

Top:

APhi DG Kappa

Mid: (mostly in this order)

Theta (needs to get a good pledge class in fall because most acknowledge they're on a downward trend)
GPhi (moved up a lot)
Pi Phi (might not be the hottest or classiest but they know how to party)
Chi O (they are really sweet)

Lower: (people don't really even know enough about them to rank since they're not prominent enough to distinguish between them)
