the only reason people are bashing on kappa is because its a top house with a great pledge class. lets be real here...this site is ridiculous. the houses which are bashed on the most r the top ones. you can even tell by the # of ratings

The reason kappa has so many ratings is because anytime anyone writes a truthful rating on them, like 10 kappas jump on the site and write 10 bs self-rankings to cushion the truth. So yeeah... For every 1 real rating, there are 10 self ranks by kappa.

to be in:

theta, chi o, pi phi and tri delt (in any order) because they are actually great places to find fun and friends.

worst? kappa, alpha phi because you will not find sincerity and kindness, just shallow, nasty girls who only care about being false and throwing others under the bus for their own selfish purposes.

all of the houses have their share of pretty, party and popularity, but some houses have more in terms of personality and permanence
