to expand on what TRUE said, theta had a weak rush this year AND are on social prob. but since theta has had good pc's the last few years, one subpar rush only bumps them down 1 or 2 notches. Kappa had very bad rushes the last couple of years, and got a decent pc this year. one good pledge class does not cancel out the other three. simple logic.

dg and theta need to seriously re-evaluate themselves. they cling to the top barely, by a thread, hoping nobody looks close enough. However, Theta is leagues above DG. after this years rush, Phi and Kappa are top 2.
