Then Middle Tier
PI PHI G PHI KD AD PI

Then Bottom Tier
AXO DDD A E phi

Thats how it is, sure different people will place certain ones in the same tier in a different order based on personal preference but overall these are the established ranks. After rush, we'll see what happens.
