sorority comments

In light of recent events (and if you don't know what I'm referring to, you will when school starts), we should really be focusing our efforts on Greek unity and promoting Greek life in general. Catty comments and rankings only contribute to the negative stereotypes of sorority girls, when we all know that every house if filled with intelligent, beautiful, motivated young women that are going places. Each house has a unique personality, and the collective diversity of the row as a whole is what makes sisterhood the best experience of college.

I agree. do you all realize how easily manipulated each ranking is? it's not a good reflection of any of the greeks. let's fight this!! shut ucla's rankings site down.

I'll add my voice to the support for the "positivity". All of these sororities have something great to offer women, and Greek life is what you make it!

What rank your sorority had in college won't matter 10 or 20 years from now, but the friendships you make will!

these rankings are ridiculous, the arguments are stupid, unnecessary, and fabricated. If you take any of these comments as truth, maybe you aren't cut out to be in the greek system at all.

do some real research, facebooks, websites, this is dumb

this is ridiculous. join the house that you click with...for everyone's sake. if you care about ranking that much you'll join the house that clearly cares the most.

please be sure to go into rush with an open mind. some of these comments are from girls in the houses, or their opponents and then there are the comments from idiot frat boys, many of whom never meet the nicest girls in any house, because some of those girls never show up to frat events. some girls party and then they grow out of it and some never party at all and have fun with their sisters and serve their houses and some do it all and get straight A's...good luck and try to have fun with it! Go Bruins!!
