to answer your question ("Top Houses"), probably because kappa has some of the meanest girls on campus, while DG has hot girls who are actually nice/chill. also, i'd say kappas party harder than DGs, but that's not necessarily a good thing.

1) theta, DG
2) alpha phi, chi o
3) kappa, pi phi
4) gamma phi

There are 3 tiers at ucla, the houses within each tier are pretty much interchangeable
Top: DG, Theta, A phi, Kappa Chi O
Middle: Pi Phi, G phi, KD, AD pi
Bottom: AXO, A e phi, DDD

kappa, along with alpha phi, has the worst girls on campus in terms of personality. regardless, the tiers go like this:

top: DG, theta, alpha phi
middle: chi o, pi phi, kappa, gamma phi (?)
bottom: kd, adpi, tri delt
