Here is the honest, unbiased, real frat rankings according to sorority girls:
1. ZBT / Sig EP / SAE: The amount of Kappas that still think SAE is top house is absurd, but if the hottest house loves SAE they have to stay up top
4. Sigma Chi: All girls love them, BUT all girls know they are mainly the place to pregame
5. Beta: I like Lambda better, but some girls here really think Beta is a top tier house
6. Lambda: Can't shake the nice guy reputation
7. Sig Nu / PiKapp: Sig Nu is definitely a better house, but there is a faction of girls that are obsessed with PiKapp
9. Sig Pi / Theta Xi / DTD
12. AEPi
13. Theta Chi

wow closest post I've seen where someone's not trying to self-rank their own house. BUT Beta and Lambda should be on the same tier

Having a bunch of ADPi's doesn't make them a good house, they should be tied with Sig Pi.

I'm a sophomore girl at UCLA and I don't know one girl who thinks Beta is even remotely close to top tier. Actual rankings:

Upper:
1. ZBT (the clear top house)
2. Sig Ep/Sig Chi (which one is better is kinda personal preference) / SAE (again, some girls might put SAE above Sig Ep and Sig Chi, depends who you ask).

5. Lambda
6. Beta
