Sig Nu is out of place, you guys are nice but no. I do agree with Lambda over beta though, Beta depending on what girls you ask may have a better rep but Lambda boys are way more fun have much better events.

minis Sig Nu. Great house but definitely below Beta and Lambda but above Pi Kapp I would say

Sig Nu has really moved up after having better PCs than Beta these last two quarters. They're parties are always crazy but sketchy.

now after sig nu has been getting off probabation they've been on the rise especially with their last two classes.
Beta however has been struggling to get guys.
I would put Lamda over signu though just because lamba has more popularity still, but I think beta and SAE are both on a very downward trend

They might have a couple cool dudes but theyre definitely below Beta and Lambda, no doubt
