#3. SAE (Lowering): Pretty much everyone on campus knows these infamous three letters, as well as their story. Although SAE has dropped significantly in the past few years (and lost their spot to ZBT and Sig Ep) due to trouble with the IFC/gaining an increasingly douchey rep, there is still much allure around their house. KKG pledges couldn’t help but get wet as they entered SAE's doors for the first time this year, having hear stories from their older sisters about the history between their houses. It’s definitely possible for SAE to regain their top spot due to their history, but it will take time and several solid pledge classes who are of MUCH higher quality than their past few. Well respected by some older guys, but most freshman/sophomores don’t respect them and immediately label them as douchebags.

#4. Sig Chi (Same/Rising?): Oh good ol’ Sig Chi. It seems like their rep is the same every year: bottom of the top tier. Although, with SAE falling off, they may be able to gain the #3 spot. The stereotypical guy in this house is white, short, christian, very good looking, and nice, yet knows how to party. Obviously this isn’t true of every guy, there are actually several guys who are like 6’4. Sig Chi tends to party with both top and upper-mid tier sororities. Much like Sig Ep, they pull girls of equal quality that ZBT pulls without the douchey rep. Decently respected by other houses.

As a second year sorority girl. I would say sig chi is above sae because sae's younger guys are douchey and not that great to be honest. Also sig nu is not anywhere near that good, the majority of their pledges are weird and their social stuff is not fun. Lambda and beta are on the same level, but lambda has a better class this quarter. However beta has had way more social stuff. The portrayal of zbt sig ep and sig chi was pretty accurate for the most part.

In just a few years so much changes, phi psi used to be one of the best houses along with SAE
