Ranking fraternities and sororities and only hanging out with certain houses because they are "top" houses is so high school.
Some "top" fraternities and "top" sororities need to grow the hell up...in my time at UCLA (I am a junior) you can find cool people in any house if you know how to talk to people. but if you refuse to spend time with someone because of the rank of their house, then you "top" members are so much less then the people you avoid.
just an observation.
