Nice dudes, bottom house though socially and in terms of looks. Id feel bad for a girl doing an event with them... but cool spot to live in the summer

Oh how thigs have changed. the old class are about to graduate and in their place are some fun guys who party hard. theta xi is top of the middle tier but their parties are top notch

Theta Xi is a middle maybe middle top tier house. They have a large pledge class and the creepy seniors are graduating soon. The new guys are social and friendly but not fratty. The house has a good setup for parties and a pool for spring events. They could do a lot worse but they're doing okay this year. Overall, of the new restarted houses Theta Xi is doing the best.

about 4 guys in this house know how to talk to girls, okay maybe 5 but the rest are like dtd guys, completely awkward weirdos
