Phi psi is coming back this year. They now have the best house on the row with over 6 million spent on it. Were they a top house before crashing? And do you think they will become a top house once their back ? anything else about them?

yes they were a top house before they disbanded , but it would now depend on how the new guys run it

I know she sucks because Im friends with a few people that live(d) there. She is like nuts and treats the people that live there like they're little kids. Freaks about everything. She's prob a good person but she calls home to parents, crazy fines, the works

Yup and next year the house is completely ours so stay, plus if all the normal people quit ill have to quit too.
