Only things I'd change: theta is top of the mid tier, not top, and you left off ADPi which I'd put in the mid tier between Gamma Phi and PiPhi. Otherwise on point.

the quality girls went to dg and kappa this year though. a phi might of gotten a high return stat (if you are even correct about that) but it doesn't mean they gave bids to quality girls...because they didn't

Wow. Quality? The title of this thread is rush rankings - not anything about "quality". All of the houses have "quality" women. Guess you are a dg or kappa and don't like the rush competition from aphi. Ridiculous to bring up the concept of "quality". What is a "quality" person? Someone who is kind, understanding, forgiving, compassionate? Those types of people are in every house.

Going on looks only - A Phi and Theta way down this year. Biggest statement was ADPi's PC . Hot - but idk their personalities yet.
