dirty rush

Is it true sae got in trouble for dirty rushing because they had so many kids accept bids? Apparently a lot of other houses were complaining about them and ifc called in saes rush chairs and president because none of the other houses got good pledge classes... how is that even possible, I thought they were dropping from top tier because on probation? Does this mean they're off the row?
