Again, SAE is not top house anymore and has been on the decline for a long time here. Sig Nu pretty much doesnt even exist anymore, Sig Pi is not that high and Pi Kapp and DTD is higher than Sig Pi hahaha. Lambda might even be higher than Beta in my opinion.

I would agree that SAE has really dropped off. Also Lambda is better than Beta and Sig Nu regardless of their situation is still better than Pi Kapp and DTD.
