where to rush?

I'm a freshmen coming to school this fall. What can I expect from rush? What houses are "top" and which should I stay away from?

The top houses are (in this order)
1. ZBT
2. SAE
3. Sig Ep/ sig chi
4. Beta

There's a big difference between ZBT and the rest
And a big difference from sig Ep/ sig chi and beta
But those r all considered good houses

ZBT and Sig Ep are both better than SAE, and for sure Sig Chi

Agree, Beta is not considered a "top house" mid tier yes, but not top. SAE, I would definitely not call a top house anymore either. Out of all houses, they are on a decline from once being the best.

Real Ranking - Although none of these are not in any particular order or "rank" but are in these general categories. However, remember all of these houses tend to move about their ranking, less so in the "top" but they still tend to move around.

Top: ZBT, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, SAE (prob more top-mid these days)
Top-Mid: Lambda, Beta, Sig Nu (if they even still exist or are relevant anymore but prob not even on this level anymore)
Lower Mid: Pi Kapp, DTD, Theta Xi
Bottom: Pike, Theta Chi, and all the others listed etc etc etc
