info on each house for freshmen
by: Frat & SororitySo, first word of advice to freshmen who are rushing is NOT TO READ THIS. It's best to feel out each house on your own and look for a best fit. But since we all know that freshmen DO check this site, we thought we would try to give a view as unbiased as possible, if at all possible, on each house. This is written collectively by a girl in a sorority and a guy in a frat. Breakdowns are in the comments:

ADPi: Sweet girls, also the “marry-able” type. They’re really close and super into sisterhood. Mostly do events with solid mid and some lower mid frats.
KD: They don’t seem to party as much but if you’re looking for really quality friends who will consistently support you, this may be a good house for you!
A Chi O: Going to be honest about this one, they are really diverse which is cool but they often come off as having the cattiness of a top house while still being a bottom house.
Tri Delt: Love their sisterhood. You’ll make lifelong friends if you join this house, even though you may not have the typical “greek life” experience of partying all the time, etc. You’ll learn that partying isn’t what it’s all about, anyways, though.
AGD: New house, so can’t say much about them. Just see how they are during rush! You may love them.

Wow this was actually a very honest post. Nice job to whoever wrote it and thanks for staying so positive all the way through.
To people rushing, keep in mind that every house is going to have different types of people, ex. ones who party/ones who don't. No matter what house you're in, you find the people you connect with.

I have quite a few friends in AXO and I have yet to hear about any cattiness. If anything, I've gotten the impression that they're more down to earth than the average house.
