Spring cob sorority

I rushed in the fall as a freshman and dropped before pref because I didn’t get any houses back (which I was really surprised because I had five for impact that I really liked). I really really want to be in a sorority to meet my people and expand my social circle, i did cob for one house for winter but didn’t get a bid back. Will any houses do spring cob? I don’t want to rush again as a second year because I heard its frowned upon and don’t wanna deal with the policy that automatically drops you if you were dropped freshman year from a house
