REAL Frat Rankings Winter 2025

1. Sig Chi - i feel like their newest pc will be their downfall but they're still up here for a reason, not much to say
2. Snu - best parties for sure (mostly bc of the money), like their fall class a lot, not so sure about the winter guys (just seem too normal)
3. SAE - super classic frat guy energy, they have a place at the top always, very controversial house, feel like they're eternally stuck at 2-4
4. Sig Ep - a LOT of freshman, ass house, still fun and chill though
(don't think anyone disagrees with the top 4)
5. Lambda - this might be the beginning of the end for them, lambda tuesdays needs to redeem them somehow this summer, i don't think there's a single new likable guy in there who wants to be there
6. Phi Psi - kinda quiet, just full of guys who spent all their time at the top four and couldn't get a bid, house is pretty nice tho
7. Beta - just a bunch of dudes who decided to get into greek life at the last minute, they know their place, new pc is weird. if it wasn't for their location, they would be irrelevant
8. Taxi - pool, abt it
9. Theta Chi - wholesome, a lot of hate but i think they're cutesy
the rest don't matter
