Rejected from every single fraternity

I am a recent graduate, and I still feel hurt about this. I know people tell me it's no big deal, but those people are the types who hate Greek Life in the first place. The reality is I did miss out on parties, memories, adventures, friendships, and more. There is a reason why so many people in Greek life talk about it so fondly.
It especially sucks because the whole rush process feels so fake and dishonest. People say "just be yourself" and "there is a chapter for everyone" only to be walked out from every single house and be told to go somewhere else. Behind closed doors, they talk about how fraternities have to be selective and that they need to screen out "weirdos and freaks"
It is such a frustrating thing to deal with, and it makes me genuinely feel something is wrong with me. I still feel upset knowing that so many chapters decided that I am undesirable and unwanted.

Traditional ranking are toxic. SigEp tends to attract the kind of guy who wants more than a drinking club out of his fraternity. Students go to college to develop personally and professionally. Some other fraternities have facilities that house brothers in environments that harm rather than help those goals by forcing brothers to go elsewhere to study during parties. But SigEp's substance-free facility provides a very conducive environment for doing what students go to college to do.
