Sorrority Vibes
by: helohi, as an incoming freshman who is enrolled in panhellenic rush i was wondering what the general vibe of each sorrority is

speaking from someone experienced w greek life - you WILL be tempted to go with the ranks and whoever’s most popular. DO NOT DO THIS. you will be miserable if you have to act different to “fit in” and won’t find true friends if you fake being someone you’re not. also, the “lower tier” sororities have lots of girls who had top tier sororities during pref and chose their sorority and they love it. trust me, IT WILL BE HARD. but think about do you really want to spend four years with people you have to be fake around?

kappa- hot & drinkers, not super diverse IMO
aphi-hot but busy
theta-sporty cool girls, very blonde
DG-hippie/indie cool girls
Gphi- pretty, nice, quieter
Pi phi-hit or miss, can be nice or snobby
Chi O- nice, neutral house
Can’t elaborate on other houses but that would be the short & not so sweet version of those 7!

this!! there are incredible girls in every single chapter, i mean we all got into ucla so we must already be cool smart and fun! vibes are hard to place before recruitment but just go into it with an open mind and you will find the place for you even if you didn’t realize it at first
