Frat tiers from a guy in a top frat

I’m in “top frat” with friends in 4-5 different frats and here’s my opinion for a 2024 fall rush guide:

Top: SAE, Sig chi, SNU
Top-middle: Sig ep, Lambda, Phi Psi
Middle: ZBT, Beta, Aepi,
Rest are irrelevant
