Top House on the row with ZBT and Sig Nu right there. And they get hated on because there at the top

UCLA's SAE is a great fraternity and definitely rules the row there.

Most definitely a top house, probably slightly below ZBT and slightly above Sigma Nu.

Do not rush this house unless you are extremely good lookin or pull girls left and right. Otherwise you'll just never get laid. The competition is too steep! Love these guys!

back again in the fall after partying too hard and being on probation in the spring! Excited to hang out with them again! Top house for sure

pledge class is not because that's all they could get, but because it was all that were worthy of bids. actually, every single bid given was accepted. ever get 100% bid acceptance at your house?? stop being pissed off because you didn't get one.

if your 8 man pledge class was of those who were "worthy" of bids (LOL), you might want to rethink why they all accepted. Heres a hint: they couldn't get a bid elsewhere.

pretty damn sure any of these guys could get a bid at your house (if you're even in one). all they would have to do is say they were holding a bid from sae and your rush chairs would instant bid them (which is actually what happened with pretty much all of them). just look at everyone named, 'truth' on this website. it's the toughest house to get into, and everyone knows it. nobody wanting to join a fraternity would give up that opportunity. your argument that they couldn't get a bid elsewhere is a little moot there, bud.

i do agree that SAE was a "top house" ....like half a decade ago, but truth is recently your frat is falling behind the rest. your narcissism and ignorance is hurting the entire house and you obviously can't be choosy anymore so why bother justifying that? dont get butt hurt that you only had 8 pledges. that is a joke compared to rising houses like lambda's and beta's 40 pledges. oh and have fun with probation and doing your own chores w/o pledges you douchebag ;)
