Frat ranks ( w rationale )

Lambda - owned csesh, consistently good parties, the weatherman!
Snu - great cute guys, nice, fun, welcoming
Sig ep - fun parties, guys are kinda douchey but pretty hot
Sig chi - fallen off some, parties are hit or miss, guys are pretty cute, the super exclusive thing is not working for them
SAE - consistently strong, but time will tell if they can thrive after another sopro
ZBT - back in a real house, guys are hot AF, definitely rebuilding
Phi Psi - best physical house on the row, parties are sorta lame, they should be stronger
Theta - great guys, very welcoming
Beta - old school party frat, feels like they should be stronger than they are
Taxi - they got a pool

Agree w Sig Chi. Used to have fun at their parties Now nobody knows about them or doesn’t feel welcome so they are pretty empty
