Why is APhi the Top House?

I'm not hating, just curious. At most other schools, you'll find that there are a few "top houses," but rarely is there one singular house that is thought of across the board as being the "best."

Aphi - trendy diverse top cali sorority

Kkg - classic blonde top cali sorority

Mixes with top frats that like them, frat guys like them
