So after all that work to show how accomplished they are on their college applications,girls are desperate to join a "top tier" house, ranked as such by a bunch of frat guys for being hot party girls who enthusiastically allow themselves to be passed around to their frat bros. why not just start an only fans page for the samee validation and not waste your tuition $.

So true. It is all about who the guys think are the hottest group and that is it. And yes, the top sororities do have a higher percentage of hotter girls but does that really matter? Find a place with cool women who will stick by you through thick and thin and build amazing memories. I am in a mid-tier one and I love it and have met amazing women.

Theta is somewhat comparable to DG, but definitely higher than PiPhi. All the Top 3 rejects go to PiPhi.
