2023 - Updated Frat Breakdown

With fall rush around the corner, here’s all you need to know:

Top Houses:
Sig Chi - naturey dudes, really sick house. Just got on sopro again so they can’t have events for the first half of the school year. hosts great dartys though, but doubt they’ll be able to do anything for awhile.
Sig Ep - solid guys, decent parties but their actual house is awful. old apartment complex turned into a frat house. Little space for parties but they do a lot of other events to make up for it. Oh also their foam party is pretty sick
Sig Nu - house was doing some construction during csesh which kinda sucked but definitely the nicest physical house on the row. Overall most packed parties on the row I’d say and generally packed social calendar.
SAE - after what happened last year kind of shady rep, but still good sorority relations nonetheless. Also on sopro though so can’t have events. Once they’re off I’m sure they’ll have a good calendar though.

Upper Mid Houses:
Lambda, Phi Psi, zbt - not much to say. solid houses make sure to check them out.
