Frat - Strat vibes/pairings

This post isn’t about rank, but which frats and Strats have similar vibes. They don’t necessarily do stuff with each other all the time, again it’s about house personality
SAE & APhi - both filled with beautiful people, but shallow, and not great brotherhood/sisterhood. people mostly there for the name and status it gives them
Sig Chi & DG - both have good looking, interesting and diverse people, most filled with people who didn’t think they would do Greek life bc they are too cool for it - but are enjoying it anyway
Sig Ep & Kappa - both have good looking folks, $, think they are better than everyone else
Snu & Theta - good looking and athletic. Not tippy top houses but pretty high up
Lambda & Pi Phi - good looking - and bases a lot off of looks. Striving to be higher than they are. Very conscious of ranks
Phi Psi & ZBT & ChiO - good all around houses. Fun and diverse group. Strong brotherhood/sisterhood and good recent PCs. Pretty chill and confident in who they are
AEPi & GPhi - houses on the rise. Good PC classes last year. Fun. Both are high GPA houses.
Theta Chi & ADPi - houses who have strong brotherhood/sisterhood and are unapologetically comfortable with who they are. Good recent PC classes
