I wouldn’t put Sig Chi and SAE as equal… Sig Chi is definately ahead of SAE now and Lambda has had back to back top PC to move past both SN and Sig Ep. Sig Chi, SAE and Lambda are the only fraternities considered top tier now and Sig Ep and SN start the top of the middle tier.
