Maybe another sorority will come in or it'll become regular student housing. Who knows?

Probably the latter. Total isn't high enough to justify a new sorority, and two houses are under total despite both AGD and DDD shutting down. AXiD was supposed to recolonize in 2017, but the numbers weren't there and they still aren't.
