does pi kapp have a house?

Hey guys, don't know if this is the place to post this, but I was just wondering if Pi Kapp has a house on the row. A really nice kid on my floor last year joined there, but never mentioned any sort of parties happening there so I was curious. I'd definitely be down to join there even if they don't, but would I be allowed to go into other fraternity houses?
Sorry if I sound stupid but someone please also tell me if I would fit in: i'm about 5'8 on a good day, have made pretty good friends with the people on my floor this year, and really like to watch movies, but I can't really drink that much and have only been to one party so far at UCLA. Please take this seriously and thanks in advance!
