I just wondering when did Alpha Phi take the step up to one of the top houses at UCLA ?when I was in school the top three were always theta kappa DG… The saying was you party with a DeeGee you’re seen with a kappa but you marry a Theta…. Below that level was Alpha Phi Chi Omega Pi Phi TriDelt

Aphi is popular among pnms because they mostly go for the influencer type. However, I hear their house has LOTS of drama and they don’t have a great retention rate. Also tridelt isn’t a house here anymore
