Here's what i see
Top
Sae- theyre on so pro so it's a little shaky but nothing new here
Sig ep- passed sig chi last year
Sig nu- Snu gets better every quarter
Sig chi- they were on so pro last yr from a pledging issue and now they got in trouble again. new boys are a little weird, but theyre still a top house (just sliding)
Upper mid:
zbt- honestly a super hit or miss house but still better than lambda
lambda - nothing really new here.
phi psi- they've improved so much and are on the rise
mid:
taxi- pool carried them during c sesh
beta- been sliding the past four years
sort of relevant

Traditional rankings are toxic and irrelevant in 2021. SigEp tends to attract the kind of student who wants more than a drinking club out of his Greek Letter Organization. Students go to college to develop personally and professionally. Some other fraternities have cultures that put brothers in environments that harm rather than help those goals. But SigEp's substance-free Balanced Man membership experience provides a very conducive environment for doing what students go to college to do.
