Party ratios suck

Why do the ratios at UCLA frat parties suck? Like last night I saw maybe 10 guys and 200 girls. I get the guys wanna get laid but 20 to 1 is ridiculous. Why don’t the frats ever throw joint parties to even out the ratio.
