info on each of the houses

this may shake things up but the conclusions are fair:
take it with a grain of salt because obviously you can’t stereotype a whole house and there are exceptions to each of the claims made in all of the houses discussed. the women of these chapters are not defined by overarching generalizations)

dg is cooler than kappa and theta. they’re super involved on campus (especially in highly sought after campus cults) and are usually well dressed in trendy fits. Theta and Kappa are usually ranked higher because they have more stereotypically “pretty” girls, but pnms should see dg’s willingness to look past appearances alone to find girls who match their energy as a positive. (also dg does have very pretty girls they’re just more diverse appearance wise than theta and kappa) kappas rep is hot and loves to party and theta’s rep is hot bruh girls (think sporty) dg calendars with the exact same houses as theta kappa and aphi

chi o is better than pi phi because they’re also fairly involved on campus (though more so in academic orgs not things like CEC) and are considered to be much more laid back and fun to be around than than pi phi because pi phi as a chapter cares a lot abt their image and projecting an image of a top house which harms the sisterhood aspect

kd has a slight edge on gphi although they are similar. both houses have a mixed bag in terms of appearance but they both have a lot of beautiful girls. generally gphi tends to have more drama between the girls in the house which can make the sisterhood strained sometimes. also gphi used to be a upper mid house several years ago but has not been considered as such for over 5-6 years, whereas kd has been known to recruit strongly and has progressively been increasing their rank

axo and adpi are similar in rank at this point. axo has been doing a stellar job recruiting in the past couple years and at this point has equalled the level of adpi.
